Photographer’s Note

Right on the top (see map) of the Pala di Santa (Zanggen in german), 2488 m, this flock of goats enjoyed the beautiful Sunday. In the background the Dolomite mountain groups of Latemar on the right and farer away on the left Rsengarten / Catinaccio.

Since I was not sure which one to post I post the alternative view as a workshop. I wonder which one you prefer.

Bella vista de los Dolomitas, el segundo plano de la foto llama mucho la atención, más que el primero, en mi opinión. La luz azulada también me gusta mucho. ¡Qué envidia me dan las cabras, jaja! Bella foto... y me alegro de verte!

Probabilmente hai cambiato MFD, o monitor, o tutti e due.
Vedo i tuoi impeccabili paesaggi con una resa colore diversa rispetto a quello a cui mi (ci) avevi abituato.
Meno giallo e rosso, più blu.
Unico scatto o svolta epocale?

Good weather at high sea level, golden sunlight shining on yellow grasses increase the autumn mood, attractive sunny blue sky, good pov to show goats taking rest at their habitat, distinct image, good shoot.

Hallo Günther!
Dieses Bild gefällt mir besser, weil es durch den größeren Hintergrund eine bessere Tiefe hat. In einer solchen Landschaft schöne Bilder aufzunehmen ist aber wirklich keine Kunst ;-)) Die herbstlichen Töne hier im Kontrast zum Himmelsblau - einfach wunderschön!

panoramica mozzafiato, inquadratura magistrale. Quel gregge di capre in primo piano mi mette nostalgia delle mie Alpi e di quando andavo su per le vallate con mio papa`, da bambino... Bravo!

That's for sure a nice encounter, also had such one recently. Now for the photo I think they do not stand out enough melting with the surroundings due to similar colors and also overlapping with the background.

Hey Günther,

That`s a very lovely photo, which is a pleasure to see. It`s perhaps just a tad too saturated in the background (blue mountains), but otherwise a splendid motive, both in the foreground, as in the background. with good focus and sharpness.
Sometimes it`s worthwhile to go this high in order to get a beautiful shot. :)

Hello,

Mangigique vue, avec les chêvre et ces belles montagnes à l'arrière, qulle netteté sur la roche et le premier plan, ces forêt qui changent de couleur, un toute belle compo.

Great nature gunther - must be top to visit. Good inclusion of the goats here, perfect foreground subjects. Which is best?? Not so much of a difference so maybe this one where the backgrounds looks more majestetic will be my choice.

bellissimo anche questo scatto.
Pur essendo anche il WS uno scatto di autentica bravura, preferisco questo che hai postato per il fatto che ha più dinamismo.
La nitidezza e la perfezione dell'esposizione è eccellente in entrambe.

sinceramente tra i due non saprei quale scegliere, ma tu hai preferito questo e allora bravo, una bella vista sulle dolomiti con in primo piano questi stupendi animali, perfetto il pov la luce degradante e fantastici i colori.

La prima emozione che mi ha suscitato questa foto è stata incredibile... mi son detto immediatamente: ma che c...hanno queste capre, che non hanno affanni, e che godono ogni giorno di uno spettacolo del genere...
