Indeed Luc has a point in what he has written.
Remember to have fun taking and posting your photos. Do not worry aboout the critiques. Sometimes they are favourable sometimes not, but always carry a message.
I am sure your next photo will be stuning, can't wait to see it.
For this one I will give you one point for a good start.

I like the photo, it's unique and looks good. The mystery of the fog upon water is very entertaining (to me anyway)

Sidenote, who says pictures need to be sharp and focused? Being unique and pushing boundaries is always a good way to go I reckon.
