The Old Village - To Nicole Photo

Hello,

A couple of days ago I promised to Nicoleta that I upload a photo of the ancient Greek village Palaios Panteleimonas. So, here it is. A very interesting village indeed, for example it's forbidden to enter it by car, and on most of the houses even TV-antennas aren't allowed, too...

Photo: done closed to the bus parking place, manual exposure and settings. No PP except for framing, signing and re-sizing.

Very fine composition for a beautiful village . The dark leaves in the top of the picture make a good effect .

Köszönöm szépen, László :). I like it much, really: it's well composed, the natural look suits it so nice, you had even a bit of sun so that you got an appealing view even without pp.

My first thought after I opened this image was that though we took our pictures with only one week separating us, the results look like they're talking about different seasons: autumn - mine, something like a fresh spring (the light, the vivid bottom trees) - yours. Isn't that great, László : same place, almost the same time, quite different approaches - that's why life is so interesting and beautiful, that's how we enrich ourselves :)

Szia Laci!
A leírás alapján nagyon hangulatos kis falucska lehet, remélem majd közelebbi képeket is láthatunk!
Ez a távoli nézet is remek, ahogy megül a domboldalban a hegyek alatt, fákkal körülvéve. Tetszik a benyúló ág is mintegy előteret adva a képnek.
A ws-ben kicsit felturbóztam a színeket, remélem nem bánod!

What a view! This composition is really good with the mountains, village and that branch on the upper left corner.
