Photographer’s Note

The bridge to the Rinpung Dzong (the full name of the Paro Dzong).
Traditional wooden covered bridge called Nyamai Zam crosses the Paro Chu (river). It is situated below the Paro Dzong. This is a reconstruction of the original bridge, which was washed away in a flood in 1969. Earlier versions of this bridge were removed in time of war to protect the dzong.
A part of Bernardo Bertolucci’s movie, “Little Buddha,” was filmed on the bridge and inside the Rinpung Dzong.

I like the natural framing and the play with lkight and shade, your monk adds to the interest. Contrast could be boasted a tad i think, but very nicely composed.

Witaj Andrzeju, kapitalne zdjęcie. Przede wszystkim wejście stanowi znakomitą ramkę, fajne kolory, no i piekna perspektywa. Dobrze, że akurat przechodził mnich i sie świetnie wkomponował, a może na niego czekałeś? Faj ne cienie i kolory. Bardzo mi sie podoba. Pozdrawiam

This one really great, I love the POV through the door way into the bridge. And the monk walking away is just perfect for the composition. The light coming through the side is wonderful, and the color is also natural and beautiful. Great work once again. This really deserved much more attention.
