Photographer’s Note
Souk Al-Hamidiyah - is the most important Bazaar in the old city. It runs 500 meters and ends at a Roman Archway before the Umayyad Mosque. Most of the souk is arched over with high iron ribs with corrugated metal and the roof is full of bullet holes.
Perfect place to observe the daily life.
