Photographer’s Note
On the 5th of September 2008 I saw a big manifestation of San People in Cape Town. Unfortunatelly later I wasn't able to find any informations about this event. Maybe somebody knows something about this, in this case please let me know.
According to Wikipedia:
"The Bushmen, San, Sho, Basarwa, Kung or Khwe are indigenous people of southern Africa that spans most areas of South Africa, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Mozambique, Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia and Angola. They were traditionally hunter-gatherers, part of the Khoisan group and are related to the traditionally pastoral Khoikhoi. Starting in the 1950s, through the 1990s, they switched to farming."

Incredible moment and framing, we're inside her emotions, not simply looking through the viewfinder. A fantastic photo, a favorite.

Hi Maciej,
An emotional shot with great use of depth of field. I think it has to do with the ongoing problem where the goverment wants to relocate them from their land.
