Photographer’s Note
Picture of a cut down banana tree beside the road in Brgy. Santa Lourdes. It looked very interesting inside, so I took a picture. Apparently banana trees grow very fast, so they just cut them down every year. I'm not sure if that's true.

Hi Quincy,
Good capture of colours and textures. I'm glad that you say what it is in your note, I never would have guessed.

What an interesting picture! It is a fascinating view for sure.... It is true that the banana tree is a fast growing tree. In Paraguay, you can cut them down and it will grow back and grow fruit before the year is over! But thanks a lot for sharing... I like it A LOT!
