Photographer’s Note
The one thing I love about the Hip Hop culture is that a lot of people don't see it as being modern art. You have young kids practicing their MC'ing/rhyming, a modern day poetry. As well as graffiti which is a modern day artform.
Pictured here is a kid I walked past on the street practicing his artform in a notebook. I tried to get a snap of his face but not once did he lift his head, a sure sign he was deep in concentration.

Very creative piece of work! You should come to TrekLens as well, there the postprocessing is very welcomed.

Nice shot, but as you mentioned it's a shame he didn't lift his head- which really would have made this shot.
