Great shot buddy. I like the crooked angle you've chosen- it really suits this shot.
Good choice in exposure, giving the photo a real feeling of movement. Your favourite "black frame" works well with this B&W ;)

good choice to B/W,it seemed the momont has been freezed up and the happiness stay here~
the movement of the first boy gave this pic a dramatic effect,with his mouth full of candy ,or sth. like that;the festival atmosphere was called out with the vivid motion and ballons behind,nice work!

I liked the angle very much..and square framing that places the kids on corners..would be good if we could see a bit more space under his foot...

i might have been looking at the other kid not noticing the the kid in-front is holding a baloon too, why did you choose the B/W when most often festivals have colorful photos...kinda odd...still i like this shot!

Very good composition. Black and white colors? - I think its good idea, because given good atmosphere. I like move in this picture. Your next very good photo. good luck
