Hey Michelangelo,

First, welcome to TE. Second, I must admit that I'm not a big fan of the use of flash (maybe because I'm not so good with using it).

And now for my critique:
* Regardinfg the use of the flash, as you can see the objects on the front are over exposed, while the objects on the back are exposed OK. I guess that it had happened because your camera set the flash power for the exposure of the objects on the back, so the objects in the front got a very strong flash. The problem with the over exposure in your picture is not only that the over exposured objects are just "too white", but that there are different areas with different exposure.
* You can use images with sizes up to 300KB, which means a higher quality of JPEG.
