Photographer’s Note
Hello,
I can't just pass by fields with hay bales without taking phototgraphs. They always attract me a lot, those lines, curves, golden tones, the perspective and scale, very interesting subject for abstract-type photography. This one was taken by the A9 road somewhere near Tain, Highlands, North Scotland.
I took few shots with different compositions but I think this one is the best with some space at the bottom to allow the bales 'roll' into it, RAW format used, CPL filter, hand hold,
thanks for looking and commenting,
have a good Sunday!
Tomasz

Hello Tomasz,
Magnificent image that you give us this: the colors are beautiful in their uniformity, this creates a ripple topography and a few boots straw that gives a great dynamism to your photo;)
Bye

Hello,
This it the best hay bales shot I have ever seen... The color is just amazing. You managed to turn a non original theme into a very original picture. Great! TFS.
Take care

Hello Tomasz! I feel the same as John and it is always exciting to find a new way to explore a country beside the things we "like" and want to see as tourists. Excellent composition with the rolling fields and the strong lines, one after the other, and that you placed the bales in the middle, yeah it feels almost like rolling along but it also reminds me of a runway and I am pretty sure you could take off or land on the side. Very good work! Best regards ... Barbara.

hello Tomasz,
interesting almost abstract effect of this field of bales and stubble. I like the way the lines of stubble look like corduroy fabric.

Hej,
zdjęcie juz na pierwszy rzut oka robi niezle wrazenie, a co najwazniejsze, to wrazenie nie znika po dluzszym przygladaniu sie. Centralnie ulozone snopki, pomieszane linie, kolorystyka, perspektywa i kompozycja sa naprawde super. Gratuluje i pozdrawiam!

Salut Tomasz,
Belle prise de vue et excellente perspective, on a l'impression que les lignes n'ont pas de fin et de voir les balles de foin roulées. Bel effet et beau contraste de couleurs.
Félicitations!... et bonne soirée,
Emilius
