The indian tea "Chai" is a wonderful spice milk tea from India. Chai can be purchased on the street by chai "wallahs," or vendors. The basic spices used, one can fine cinnamon, cloves, pepper, cardamom, and ginger. Drinking Chai is part of life in India.
