Photographer’s Note

Harvest time in Essex UK.

Harvest time is usually preceded by 2 things; a) storms which cause weird 'clumps' of crops to be flattened as show in in the photo and, b) lumpy cumulus clouds.

Farmers quite often gamble on when to harvest their crop which is why storm damaged fields are common. I guess that this looks pretty much like my vision of harvest time in the UK.

Be interested to see how it looks elsewhere.

Thanks for your interest Rog.
