Photographer’s Note

This view was my reward for getting up at 4:30 in the morning. I drove up to Pico de Areiro, one of the highest peaks in Madeira, and waited for the first rays of the day. The sun finally rose above the clouds around 7:30am. I Finished off a wonderful morning with a coffee at nearby Poiso around 9:30am.

Very good idea to get up that early. It's a fantastic sunrise. The colours of the clouds are very beautiful.

most of the time when you get early in the morning you will get reward for sure.. this time you rewarded in the form of wonderful picture. nice composition..and thanks for waking up so early:)
