Photographer’s Note

Good evening,

I'm uploading another photograph from the same location, small harbour Raughly in County Sligo.
What else to say... Grad filters used to bring the scene into reasonable tonal range, CPL to enhance reflections, also tripod and mirror lock up used.

Hey, I like this alot, really caught my eye.

There is one thing however, and that is I think that the right hand side of the image is slightly higher than the left (look at the angle on the uprights on the boat craddle), a slight clockwise tweak would sort that out just fine.

I like the composition a lot, with the boat in clear skies and the buildings under cloudy skies. Good use of reflections in the puddles too.

Hi Viktor. Nice, very nice! Good reflection; excellent lighting and colours creating a peaceful atmosphere. The boat is maybee a little too much off-centered but that's only my personal opinion. I like it.

Viktor,
I like your composition here using the reflection to add depth and balance to the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. The diagonal created by the seawall gives the photo a nice sense of direction.

Hi Viktor,
A very nice view of the harbour which is enhanced by the warm sunlight captured mainly on the boat and the harbour buildings. The reflection on the still water in the foreground provides a superb point of interest, and the grey clouds add some extra mood the the scene. Well done.

beautiful evening light and well-spotted reflection (even though you cut it off a bit...). Could do with a little less cloud on the left-hand side but hey, who commands the weather?
By the way, did you leave a small picture on purpose?

Ahoj Vito, tahle je opravdu moc povedena, mozna se me libi snad jeste vic tahle nez ta s podobnym motivem. Pekna, oku lahodici kompozice s teplym podanim barev. Urcite by se to vyjimalo ve velkem rozliseni a zvetsenine alespon A4.

Very nice composition. The light is wonderful and creates very warm colours. I love the reflections of the boat. It's a shame you don't post it with a bigger size ;)

to je nádhera! Parádně jsi zachytil ten odlesk lodi a mraky jako by kopírovaly písek vpředu.
