After midnight Photo

Photographer’s Note

00.30 in the morning and it's time to go to bed for a few hours. Those few fantastic summer month are one of the main reasons why people can deal with living in such harsh climate. this is ones again a picture from Börgefjell national park and the the Jetnam mountain in BG.

lovely landscape, nice light at the deep
wonderful hue and the tones at the back. good depth defined by the golden red tones.

Hi Andres,
great capture, such a capture of being out there in the middle of it all. Hope you had a great time there. The slight distortion on the tent comes from the high ISO level i suppose but the background is perfect.

There was this Norwegian poet that once wrote "...du ska ikkje søva burt sumarnatti", this image tells why...
Amazing atmosphere and a superb composition, the light on the tent is a great effect!

There's not much light here, bit it's quite amazing that there is any light at all for a photo at 00.30. A beautiful sky and just enough light to make out the terrain. There's a lot of atmosphere in this picture.

Hi Anders,

Is always nice to have long days when in the backcountry. I really enjoy camping, specially when I am about to climb a mountain. The view in this image is very pretty. The light in the background add a nice point of contrast againg the darker foreground. The tent is also a nice element even if its almost lost in the dark. Nice work Anders :-)
