Very good conversion to black and white - good contrast especially in the cloudy sky. The cart is well placed on the bottom-left corner.
Not sure if noise was added intentionally or it appears in original photo as well ( unlikely with 30D at ISO100), but I think there is a bit too much noise, especially in the sky.

Hey partha
that is an excellent composition. the fleecy clouds adds to the mood of the image. the arid land makes it seem like the shot was taken in an area where the rains are not that common.

Hi Partha,
This is your new work though i have the memory of seeing the similar work before. A sidelighting in the evening is really beautiful, the composition that the cowcart is going toward the cloud is also excellent.

Absolutely mesmerising, the illumination in particular of the late evening sun makes for a wonderful setting. Perfect choice of B&W. This one is good enough for your photo exhibition.
