Here's a little shot that has alot of the elements of life here in Vancouver (minus the rain!) all played out in front of the Art Gallery!
We've got: (1) a little girl on a day out with Mom, (2) a guy chatting on the cell phone, (3) a cyclist, (4) a couple snuggling, (5) a guy rolling a joint, (6) two buddies looking out for the heat.
Post-pro: crop, levels, curves, sharpening.

Nice shot buddy, I like the angle you captured it at.
- laughs on the write up.
Good POV, good detail & color saturation.
I'll tell you what- if you get a shot of one of those sidewalk hotdog vendors, that would be great- cause "Damn, their good!" Hahaha

Very busy but interesting image. The contrast of the colorful biker against the stone tones of the building is very interesting.
First the tilt works very well to me. It gives dynamic to the composition. Second the biker is well placed and the shade/rail triangle behind him turns his position even stronger. Third, the crop/framing is very good especially in the top part. I like the detail of the border touching, but not cropping that corner.
Anyway, I feel the image is a bit long, especially because the biker is so close to the border. To makes focus even more on him a crop from the left until near the three larger windows could do the trick. Besides that it would eliminate that sky which is distracting and compete in color with the biker. This way the contrast between him and the architecture would be more evident.
