Sunset over the electric plant located in Civitavecchia (northern coast of Rome).
Local people in union with many associations are bringing forward from years a long battle against the electrical company relatively the project to convert the plant combustion from oil to coal.
A few days ago the new Coal plant was finished and inaugurated and the electrical company has declared that the plant can filter 88% of total emissions with an improvement of 18% on CO2 emissions.
The question is: can now citizens of the area live peaceful and safe?
