Photographer’s Note

This photo was shot in the northern coast of Madeira island. North coast is my favourite, since it is less urbanized and landscape is breathtaking.

This is one of the many beautiful landscapes one may enjoy when visiting Ponta de São Lourenço.

Muito bonita este pedaço da linha de costa da Ilha da Madeira , dizem que é muito bonito de inverno o verde e predominante com o verão fica com esta cor de terra ,também tenho algumas fotos deste lugar , o mar ficou com um belo tom de azul , gostei muito do céu com nuvens , boa profundidade de foto

Certamente que é um bonito postal ilustrado da Ilha da Madeira no lugar de Ponta de São Lourenço.Bonito Blue com um PDV longo e bem enquadrado.
Foi ver a tua galeria e agrada-me bastante, reparei que iniciaste esta participação antes de mim e que não deves ter muito tempo disponível,(eu faço um esforço) mas acho que deves participar mais assiduamente pois tens boas fotos para partilhar.

excelente foto mostrando toda a beleza do mar e das ilhas. adoro toda a composiçao com o azul do mar a contrastar com as cores da ilha. as cores das nuvens estao tambem muito bonitas. parabens

hello Alexandra,
no wonder you chose one word for the title, the blue colour indeed is the element that makes this photo special. I like a lot the deep and pure tone, it's clear as a jewel, and the rugged coast creates a good contrast. the point of view that includes the little islands are just right to keep the big blue from becoming boring. excellent photo, my compliments.

A very nice view. The blue of the sea is superb.
I like the sharpness of your foreground. Thanks to the fog, the background invites us to scan the horizon, as if we wanted to discover something.

Hi Alexandra,

I love the blue tone .. love the way the stone in the waters add to the dimension .. and the hazy distant cliffs as they meet the horizon .. the sharp lines of the near cliffs against the soft clouds .. tremendous.
