Photographer’s Note
This is a view of Lake Titicaca from our hotel in Puno, Peru. This shows the boardwalk that leads from our hotel to the dock after going through the marshland area.
Lake Titicaca is a lake located on the border of Bolivia and Peru. It sits 3,812 m (12,507 ft) above sea level making it the highest commercially navigable lake in the world. By volume of water it is also the largest lake in South America.
Lake Titicaca is fed by rainfall and meltwater from glaciers on the sierras that abut the Altiplano. Five major river systems feed into Lake Titicaca[6]—in order of their relative flow volumes these are: Ramis, Coata, Ilave, Huancané, and Suchez. More than 20 other smaller rivers empty into Titicaca, and the lake has 41 islands, some of which are densely populated.

Hi Andre,
A nice shot. But in my opinion, the shed at the bottom right corner in not properly fit. If you avoid it, might be better. Still it's an opinion, don't take it otherwise. TFS

Hello Andre,
Interesting view of the famous lake!
The boardwalk makes an effective lead-in, in an image with a fine sense of depth...
I notice the altitude, quite impressive!
Greetings,
Pablo -
