Photographer’s Note
Officially dedicated to St Nicholashe Blessed,the church was built in 1913 at the behest of a Tsarist diplomat, Semontovski-Kurilom who feared his soul would be in danger if he workshipped in Bulgarian churches, which he believed to be shismatic.
