Photographer’s Note

These punts were located on the River Cam that runs through the town of Cambridge. Many of the students at Cambridge University rent these punts for a relaxing time on the river. This is an age old tradition that dates back a few centuries.

outstanding graphics in this shot. I love all the different lines and angles and the detail is excellent. I like the contrast in the warm colors of the boats and the surrounding areas and the way the boats are on a diagonal. Very well done!! Many thanks and warmest wishes,

I recognised these punts from the thumbnail. The diagonal composition, the perspective and the repetition all combine to make a successful composition.

Very unique shot with lovely symetery
Lovely sharp details to the old canal boats that are seen in great clarity as they contrast with green canal water.
