Voici une image d'un lieu de détente paradisiaque, pour illustrer le fait que, ce matin et pendant un (pas si long) moment, je ne vais pas aller au travail : c'est les vacances !

Il s'agit de la plage de la Caravelle à Sainte-Anne en Guadeloupe (Antilles françaises).

Hi Jean Bernard,

The sky didn't look that blue so is nice that is a bit soft in this image. That give more emphasys to the colourful palm tree and gazebo. Nice composition and the colours look great. Thanks JB.

La qualité s'oublie... le paysage reste !
Joli cadrage avec ce palmier sur la gauche et bel endroit pour évoquer les vacances. La lumière est belle et le scan est tout de même bien fait. Je te souhaite de bonnes et reposantes vacances.

Please let me wish you a happy holiday. We all know and understand that the quality of a scanned picture can not be the same of today’s digital pictures. Who cares? The important is what the picture shows and how it shows it. Here, you have a nice POV and a very peaceful beach which is the dream of many people.
So, go and enjoy the summer. And, come back with plenty of new photos.

Bonjour JB,

Dans moins d'une semaine je ferai comme les petites têtes que je vois dans l'eau mais chez moi en Bretagne... Finalement l'effet lissé de l'image n'est pas désagréable et donne un effet peinture à cette image paradisiaque. J'aime beaucoup l'harmonie de la photo. Bien agréable tout ça, merci JB.

Alors c'est la que tu vas ?
Elle me rappelle qqch cette plage avec le pavillon j'ai aussi du trainer la bas et le plus drole c'est qu'on aurait presque pu s'y rencontrer, j'y etais debut decembre 1998 ! C'est sur c'est pas aussi croustillant dans le detail que nos images numeriques mais c'est pas mal quand meme et indeniablement tropical.

un joli paysage idyllique sur cette photo scannée que tu présentes comme prélude de tes vacances dûes.
Je souhaite que tu te reposes et jouisses, surtout parce que j'ai lu dans une réponse à JY que tu pars pour NYC. Je dois dire que cela fait me sentir une envie saine, j'aime cette ville merveilleuse, mais aussi j'ai l'espoir que quand tu reviendras tu nous montreras le résultat de ton oeil photographique dans la capitale du monde. Ton voyage antérieur là nous a déjà offert des prises magnifiques.

Bell vue de cette superbe plage, bonne composition et tu l'as prise dans le bon sens ... non, je ne me retourne pas car je préfère la plage et voir à l'horizon Marie Galante que la vue des batiments du Club Med ;-)

"An oldie but goodie" comme disent les américains. Bien sur, c'est un peu "soft" par rapport à ce qui sort de nos capteurs numériques, mais cela n'en reste pas moins une belle image qui illustre parfaitement le thème des vacances.
Je te souhaite un bon séjour à NYC puisque c'est là que tu pars...
