Photographer’s Note
he is look so kind to a new novice who still can't dress for himself
it is usually that the older novice( Phi Nen ), has to help a new or younger novice to dress for himself
it's look like me long time a go :)

Nice capture the lovely scence of novice, well sharpness too,but too bright in background that darken foreground,You could check the aperture at BG and fill flash for subject in FG.nice shot anyway,TFS.

Sawasdee Khrap Khun Chirasak,
Nice action, I agree with Khun Patsoo, the background is way too hot, and the foreground is almost in silhouette. You should consider balancing the shot with a fill flash. I like the routine of the older novice helping the younger boy, good daily life capture. I have added a workshop for you to consider.

A nice intimate scene, Bukgee, that shows something nice about life inside a Buddhist temple. One small thing. The two novices are a little under exposed (too dark). You probably used automatic exposure and it has exposed for the trees behind, which are perfectly exposed. You could have focused on the subjects and held the exposure ,while you re-framed the shot or used fill in flash. Anyway it's a nice image regards Ajarn.

Hi Chirasek,
Nice daily life scene at the temple ground. I think it might be better to crop out the overexposed part on the right and adjust the exposure in the middle with your software. I'm wondering if you are a teacher at the monastery. TFS. Regards. Latiff.
PS: I've done a WS to adjust exposure.

Hello Chirasak
An interesting scene with the elder monk helping the novice to dress up but in a difficult light condition. it's a bit dark in FG and slightly overexposed in BG. I see, already someone have done ws for you d;)

You have capture the action of the moment well. The action here is very natural portraying a good relationship between the two. The bright glaring sky on the right should be cropped out. The subjects are well placed though a bit dark which could be avoided by spot metering on the people or with the use of an infill flash light. Latiff has done a good WS on photoshop and that is another way.
Well done
Alfred
