I took this picture when i was on the boat . I dont know what its call but its use by the fisherman to mark the fishing net.

It's called the 'buoy', Hanza. The title 'fisherman balls' could, for some people, bring a different meaning altogether!
Anyway, the light coming from the left gives an effective luminance to 'enliven' the water. I'm feeling seasick already looking at it (and I mean it the positive way).
I love this one.
