Photographer’s Note

The beautiful fountain of a boy struggling with a fish in front of the Budapest Castle. A lot of tourist were sitting close to it so they can cool down on a beautiful sunny day.
This is another contribution to the TE meeting in Budapest, we sure had a great time.

super, super misto, Ioana - un BRAVO mare de tot!!!
esti grozava ;o) - cum ai facut asta? ... parca-i foc, nu apa! sau parca-s scantei din alea ca la aparatele de sudura in functiune - imi place mult de tot! si unghiul din care ai surprins baiatul/statuia e foarte bun - pare (aproape) viu

Hello Ioana,

That looks like a fun moment there! The splashing is captured very nicely! A bit too light perhaps, but it contrasts nicely with the statue in the fountain.
Good to hear you had fun with the Budapest TE meeting!

Hi Ioana,
with your point of view and the longer exposure you made an action shot out of a fountain. You have a good sense for this...a photo telling a story always is top !

really a beautiful picture!
I like the composition with the diagonal line of the boy's arms... the POV, that poits out the the gesture...
You give life to the statue...
The water springs are pure light!

Hi Ioana!
you had a very good eye to take this one, this way. It is really effective with the huge backlighting. The waterdrops seem to be sparks thanks to the illumination.
It was a really pleasure to meet and talk with you.
Hope to see you again somewhere, sometime...

Hello Ioana,

Beautiful composition, well balanced. I like particularly the effect of the water drops on the face of this young guy ; time exposure is very good. Just a remark about the luminosity. For me, the right part of the picture is slightly overexposed (water). Cordially,
