Photographer’s Note

It was on a sunny afternoon in the riverside. With the gentle breeze blowing across the Hoogly in Kolkata these two workers were having a nap outside an almost empty restaurant. Liked the way they were resting their heads. One on the chair while the other on the wall. The smiling girl of the ad seems to provide some comfort to the sleeping guy by resting her chin on his shoulder.

haha, well seen and captured, Partha. A closer approach would enhance the impact, but I imagine you didn't want to wake them up and disturb that extra confort ;-) It's great the way the happy face appears right bettween the two workers.

You found an excellent subject, dear Partha, with a good dose of humour but I regret a little that you did not take a few more steps to the left, that way you would have had a better light - anyway, the contrast is stricking and the image is a proof of your sense of observation !
