Why are council workers having a break all the time? Here in Australia is the same as we always see them seated and talking to each other!!! It must be a good job!!! The subject of the photo is good but the shot itself has some flaws such as lacking of sharpness, tight crop (they lost their feet), a heavy frame and you missed the important note.
