Photographer’s Note

Hello everyone!

We arrived at Llandadno beach virtually midday. One of the only pics I managed to get was this one and another that I have already posted, due to the trip being very short...

I would love to return to this location, the coast here offers many many opportunities.

As you can see, this clearly isn't the best time to shoot, the light not being too good, but I took the shot anyway... I much prefer getting to the location early morning or late afternoon for that special light! This is more of a 'touristy' sort of pic, but anyway...

this might be a classic touristy sort of pic, the light probably was not the best..but trust me, this shot rocks!! The clarity you managed to deliver is amazing, colours are vibrant and the polarized sky is the classic icing on the cake. Excellent job indeed, I like it!

As far as I can see I like the photo a lot despite the time of the day.
Good clearity and excellent colour handeling. The cpl did a good job.

That sky is wild. I love the fine clarity of the scene. It almost looks too neat and tidy. For some reason it lacks a sort of grittyness, not that that is a bad thing. I think because it is focused on a wide area rather than just a limited space. Either way well done!

Hello Costa,
I know Llandadno well, having lived in Cape Town for 9 years, and I can say that you have provided a very good representation of this lovely location. The low POV has allowed you to include a lot of the amazing sky, filled with those wispy clouds....this is the major attraction to the photo. On top of that though, the clarity is uperb and the result has definitely not been affected by the harsher light at that time of day. Very well done.
