Hi Senthil,
Wow! so close up so that we can see every pore on his skin and every hair. He has such an intense gaze and it feels like he is looking right through one. Black and white was a great choice for this timeless portrait, up close and personal showing us all his years of life. Great work!

Hi, Senthil. A remarkable portrait. First there is an excellent sharpness which allows us to see many details in the man's face. Then there is the way he looks straight into the camera as if he really wanted to convey a message using his gaze. Your tight framing is alos very good with an excellent symmetry. And finally I think B&W is a mist in this kind of portrait and your B&W treatment is excellent.

The world is virtually flooded with the photos of the Indian faces and Indian people...

The transformation of color to b&w is excellent. The light works perfectly here to reveal the shadows and detail on his face. I the expression on his face, it seems he has a lot of story to tell. Excellent shot.

Senthil, it's weird how I never saw you on the site despite your amazing gallery...and you've been here for a while too! The site is really wide!
His eyes are captivating. They seem like they've got a lot to tell! his face is more complex to study than a landscape. It has hills and valleys, but it also has a soul.
The b/w treatment is very good to add details, contrast and drama.

Note original from my side to comment this photo which already got so many visits, but I find it so great.
For sure there is this so impressive look and expression on the face, but there is mainly this particular lightning so well use in the B&W treatment to reveal the skin, the tones of the barber and the dark deep eyes.
Moreover, all those elements are well used in this close-up portrait with quite no background.
