Hi Josef,
I felt this same on the way to Valbona in 2006, so I may say "wellcome to the club"! :)
This car on the picture. Partner? Berlingo? Did you travel to Vermosh from Montenegro (Gusinje) or from Shkodra? I heard that road from Shkodra to Vermosh can be crossed only by 4x4.
