Photographer’s Note

spending a large part of my summer up in northen sweden in a little village outside the town of östersund, i took many long walks on the gravelled roads with my camera. Met these curious cows (or heifers really to be exact) and i think they thought we were as weird as i thought they were :) (we: me and my boyfriend crawling in the ditch taking hundreds of pictures of them)

Good shot! I like it (hope you cleaned your lens afterward...) The OOF nose doesnt bother me much, since it brings the attention on the eye which is more interesting. I dont know if its my monitor, but perhaps a little bit more details in the black around the eye would be appropriate. Congrats!

Very nice and funny picture.Anyway I love cows(not for the meat !) and this one is so pretty and friendly. DOF, colours are excellent. Bravo

you know i love it when people take chances and experiment, especially with their compositions. i wont agree with vero here as youve got the focus on more interesting parts of the cow's face. her eyes and her ear, with the tag on it
