Photographer’s Note
A view of Salita Priaro, a small alley that runs from the beach of Camogli to the upper part of the village.
This is a typicall alley of Ligurian villages and citycentre, one meter wide, really often also less than one meter, with fore, five, also eight storeys condos on the both sides, colorful facades, rich of trompe l'oeil, and with poor light, that just for really few minutes in a whole day can "touch" the paved steps.
On the right side a butcher shop and then a bakery.
Ligurian bakery are really famous in the whole Italy for the excellent "focaccia", a flat oven-baked bread usually seasoned with olive oil and herbs, or for the "focaccia di Recco" with cheese.

Ciao Paolo
This is a much stronger shot than yesterday & rightly deserves all the accolades it gets. Superb shadow detail with good color sharpness & pov down the narrow alley. Perfectly managed lighting.
A winner!

Don't talk about food when I am ready for my dinner, with stomach growling. ;D
The patch of light at the end of the alley catches the eye perfectly. The vertical format emphasises the narrowness and the height of the alley. Good work

Hi Paulo,
I like the POV, your composition. However, I do feel that because of your exposure of 1/10 sec, there was some camera shake and the photo is a bit soft.
Thanks for sharing,
Shaeri

Hello Paolo,
I think you convey the atmosphere in this narrow back alley very well!
Interesting details, I notice there are signs telling someone has their business located here and the lovely street lamps are eye-catchers...
The special light creates a fine feeling of depth in the composition!
Greetings,
Pablo -
