Photographer’s Note

Back home from Antibes, on the highway between Nice and Genoa along the Mediterranean Sea, dozens of tunnel, someone with clear white light, someones with pale light, someone with blue light, someone with red light.

From my home in Milan to my home in Antibes are exactley 343 km and more or less 3 hour and 15-30' without traffic jam.
My personal "record" was during the National Holyday of the 2th of June of 2006, when we spent 9 hours and a half to back home in Milano from Antibes.

9 hours and 30' are the normal time between Milano and Barcelona (950 kms) or Milano and Berlin (1000 kms), something less for a travel between Milano and Paris or Prague or Wien (850 kms), or Milano Napoli (800 kms), or the double of the travel between Milano and Munchen (470 kms)...

for the ones that will ask me "why not by train?"
The train between Milano and Antibes needs something between 5 hours to 7 hours, sometimes 8 hours, with a change in Genova and another one in Nice. Really often there are long strikes in Italy or in France.
I did it more or less more than 20 times.
Nevermore...
