Photographer’s Note

Hi Everyone,

Here is another photo from Redcar beach which I've titled 'Time Effect' for a few reasons. The first reason being the effect time has on everything around us evident in a place like a beach where the tide causes errosion.

The other more relevant reference is to the effects time has on photos. The time of day dictates the colours, shading and mood. In some circumstances, time can be an enemy, causing blur when we don't want it. If we learn to control its effects, time becomes our friend and enables us to see things in ways our eye can't.

Hi Paul,nice evening shot towards Redcar ,like the exposure on the foreground water,i am amazed how much of the bank has been eroded and washed away during winter
