Photographer’s Note

A dry shallow salty lake in middle of one of the driest summer in South Australia. Its locate 75km north of Adelaide, close to Port Parham Beach. Under salty surface was a very slippery wet soil.

Hello Zdenka! As I lived in Adelaide for a while and I was just thinking where on earth you found this salt lake but as I read it is much further out. It has a strange beauty and I like the dark clouds overhead and the little bush in your foreground. I think this makes the picture special, the little bit of life added. This is good, I like it. Barbara.

Hello Zdenka,
I love this minimalist composition, the brach at foreground is essential for DOF and so well placed. Colors are amazing... awesome !
I regret I havn't have seen this place when I was there... :(

Amazing shot Zdenka,

Brilliant composition. the placement of the dead plant in the frame is pleasiing to the eye. The sky looks great.
