hahaha the use of the wide angle and the curiosity of the camel did provide you with a very funny and great shot. Not quite sure how a surgeon would approach this nose. It seems hopeless to me ...

Love this one. Nice funny one. I've tried getting something like this taken once with a cow. Didn't have the right equipment or knowledge back then though. Well done.
