Photographer’s Note

This shot was taken in the Cambodian countryside around Kampot. The montain that you can see at the back is the Bokor national parc including the famous ghost station : Bokor hill station.

Xavier, indeed this a great image of Cambodia, excellent composition, the man in full action on it rice field, very sharp and clear. Great photo here! My compliment!

Great daily life photograph. A good composition and the only thing that distrubs me (but it's a matter of taste) is the fact that the colours are way too saturated. Just for the fun , I'm posting a workshop in B&W (trying Simon's technique, but still far from being very good)

I really like this shot of everyday life a lot Xavier. I have looked at the b&w version by galeota, and while I agree with him that your photo is a bit oversaturated, I much prefer the colour version. I am going to post another colour version and will try to get the colours a bit less saturated. Anyway, lovely catch.

THis is a very beautiful picture documenting very well the cambodian life. I like very much the palm trees and hills in the back ground. THe colour of the cows is very pure, nice light also!
