| Of all the cities that I have had the chance to visit and photograph, Florence in the fall is my favorite. I got up early to photography the statues in the square near Ponte Vecchio without the crowds that seem to form after about 8:30 a.m. and the light was very sharp. I took this shot while taking a break to eat my breakfast while sitting in the square, just as the other visitors started to wake up and get out to see this magnificent city. |
