[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
aux premiers jours de notre expédition au Ladakh (Kun), quelques visites de monastères dans la vallées de l'Indus tout près de LEH. Celui de Tikse est l'un des plus beau architecturalement, un peu à l'image du Potala.
La météo et la pureté du ciel himalayen permet de bien retranscrire les couleurs. La photo a été simplement recardée pour bien rendre l'effet panoramique. Un superbe souvenir que ces 4 semaines.

Le cadrage est presque parfait (le muret en bas est coupé, c'est dommage), les couleurs superbes (en particulier le bleu du ciel), bravo !

hi Norbert!
this is a very beautiful picture of the monastery. i like the contrast of the white walls of the building against the blue sky.
just one thing though, i would have loved to see some foreground in the picture. the guard wall at the bottom starts abruptly and is a bit annoying.

Brilliant picture Norbert. I have clicked a few pictures of Thiksey Monastry myself and posted them here. A slight pan to the right would have given the complete picture. Great shot!!
