Hil needs a miracle.
She'll till the fields of fate,
Beg and borrow and steal,
and wait, but still,
will she rate?
She'd kill for this chance,
a date with history,
a plan to fulfill
what every gal dreams,
the female destiny,
to be the candidate,
to seal the deal,
and snag the mandate.
But Hil,
with your rapidly emptying till,
millions spilled and spent,
even one so skilled as you,
appears to have no clue,
as to how to pay the rent.
Despite your best intent,
to reach that Oval Office on the Hill,
how can you expect to fill the bill,
oh, Hil,
even with a miracle?
And what about Bill?

Excellent! This one is a great capture! I first didn't understand to who "hil" was refering! I thought she was related to the picture on the "Daily news", hahaha! because the first thing that attracted my attention was the correlation between this title and Jesus statue on the other side of the street...
A clever composition, and I like the touch of yellow, with the fast cab, which eventually suggests the emergency of the miracle that Hil needs, nicely contrasting with the blue shadows

I don't know if you have also written the poem/song? That's pretty well written and the whole, picture+text, is full of humor!

Je m'exprime en français car je voudrais être précis dans mes propos, so sorry ;o)
J'aime beaucoup cette capture où visuellement tu saisis l'actualité, la vie, la politique. Il y a une situation parfaite entre ce journal qui évoque la possible défaite de Clinton et cette statue religieuse qui renvoie au miracle. L'association de ces deux thèmes dans la note est absolument remarquable. Un moment de l'histoire de cette campagne politique si bien évoqué et restitué en un seul shot, bravo.
Et puis, il y cette formidable atmosphère new-yorkaise avec le taxi jaune en mouvement, les lumières, la rue.
Du grand Bombilla !

Como dice alguien por aquí, ahora deberías poner algo de Obama. Me gusta mucho esta foto Hugh, porque además recoge un elemento de tu pais que me fascina y asusta al mismo tiempo, y es esa alianza entre poder y religión ¿No puede un ateo o un agnóstico llegar a presidente? Una foto muy para pensar. Saludos de nuevo.
