Photographer’s Note
(NB : in fact, there are now 10 photos on the subject already : => If you follow this link, you’ll be able to tour a series of photos on this subject = a village in the clouds (some, rather FYI, but interesting IMHO) and finally return to the original post :
=> next photo : => please, don't be shocked by that one, it's mainly about dogs and not sheep !
:o)))...
An adult plays with a little boy while another one and his mother watch the scene ; you can see more about the lady in pink in other photos (link below).
... My last photo about this tiny isolated hamlet in the hills for now (but more to come later)
NB : ... Conversations only with gestures ; they don't go down very often, only market days 'if' they have something to sell (livestock).

(Again a merge of 2 photos, but everyone is at his/her original place – the one on the right prolongs the other one).

Merhaba Catherine,
This photograph demonstrates your excellent composition skills, esp. in tight quarters. I think the image could use a little less exposure as in the WS. Clouds, an essential ingredient of the photo and the title, are washed out. Not including them in contrast increases may help. Regards,
Hakan

Chere Catherine,
tu as realise ici quelque chose que j'aime vraiment bien.

Right in the middle where the action is...
Dear Cathy…
Somehow… It came upon me like spark in the memory compartment of my shrinking rapidly brains…
That photo !
In my opinion (very private one) - the best photo ever posted on TE !!!
I haven’t changed my mind since then – yet…
It is still the number one of them all… And, I may say – I’ve seen few fotkas here and there within the span of my life…
Hey… I even fired few shots myself.
And now… This one… No, it doesn’t have the dynamics of the other one, but – it has the warmth of the animal fur, and wet from pulpy guano dirt, and smell, and joy of life – everywhere…
A precious gem in the ocean of ‘nature’ fotkas…
Hey, fellow photographers…
You wanna to see nature in its pure, un-spoilt form…
Come here… Make sure to leave your Canon II D-Mark 3 bazooka at home…
It’s worthless piece of crap in here - where the heart is involved…

Salut Cath,
Tu as encore réussi à dénicher un endroit authentique et inaccessible. Honnêtement, pour t'avoir rencontrée, je ne t'imaginais pas aventurière... :o))

Hi Catherine,
Very good photo in accordance with the mission of TE, shows us a moment of daily life of a family living simply in the mountain village with domestic animals, with nice timing and composition.
Have a nice day, Hisashi

Dear Cath
I can only admire how you go these remotest villages of my country, which I have never heard of & possibly never have a chance to visit. You show us the real sense of life as they exist in these places with the series of photographs which is now becoming your 'trademark'. Lovely shot this (pretty wide angle as well), as well as the series.
Best Regards
Angshu
