Photographer’s Note
I came across this endearing scene at Moonee beach, north of Coff's Harbour. this father took his children fishing and one could sense their excitement even from this distance. The little daughter was the most serious, imitating her Dad's stance and was concentrating earnestly. The littlest was splashing the water, jumping and crying out in glee. Against this expanse of natural beauty they seemed truly blessed and happy.

The beaches of northern NSW are sensational with the long stretches of unspoiled white sand and clear waters. And this one is a perfect example. The picture shows it very well.
Well done.

Nice capture Klaudio. this reminds me of Pacific Rim National Park and Long Beach. The people really add scale here and the clouds follow the line of the coast.

Hi Klaudio,
What I really like here is the super depth as far as the eye can see and the great wide view of this expanse of land and seascape. The people seem dwarfed by nature and give a great sense of scale, and the rocks make for good foreground detail and interest.

This is awesome Klaudio. Ignoring the people for just a second, the scene itself is very well composed, with the line of clouds curving up to the left top corner, the sea and trees have some life with good colour and I like the sharp detail you've pulled out of the rocks and sand. Now you add the people and it's like icing on the cake, perfectly placed, performing a favourite pastime here in Australia (from what I've seen), in great sharp detail. Very nicely done.
Thanks, John

Superb shot, especially with the curve of the clouds following the curve of the beach. The tiny figures are a bonus here, adding point of interest to the middle ground. I like it a lot.

Hi Klaudio,
What caught my attention to this photo is the way the clouds, shoreline, and waves are aligned towards the same direction ... they look very dynamic too. The rocks in the foreground is a very interesting element to anchor your main scene. Although the family is just a very small part of the whole image, they became by default the focal point because of the title. Cleverly composed and presented. Excellent work! tfs

very beautiful place Klaudio,
good postcard, good quality and a fantastic sky and a well composed shot, one thing i thin that a normal white frame wil work much better by a photo like this one, but thats a personal opinion, good photojob here, have a nice day.

Hi Claudio,
I love the sweep of clouds over the curving beach with it's curve of waves and the FG rocks. The light is wonderful, the colors have great clarity and the detail is outstanding. I am so jealous that you are in Australia.

Hello Klaudio,
I have spent an afternoon in Coff's Harbour en route to Sydney, but stayed at Nambucca Heads further south. I really quite like the area as it is not as intensely developed as the southern Queensland coastline. The people really enhance this photo as they show that the scene is being enjoyed and yes, also provide that scale. I like the interesting choice of frame colour also; not my first choice by any means but against this particular image it works well. The colours are rich and the quality is sharp and well communicated. Well done, it is nice to see your photos again after my time away from TE.

Hi Klaudio.
Very nice photo, with the threesome set against those glorious clouds (gently reflected in the shallows) and the incoming waves. The viewpoint captures the broad curve of the beach superbly and the foreground rocks are nice and sharp. A shot with humans looking insignificant but nonetheless at home in a natural setting always appeals to me. I think I would rotate the picture clockwise a degree, and outline with thin dark line around the photo itself.

Andrew

Hello Klaudio,
I like the different waves with the white foam, together with the curve of the dunes or rocks.
The small people on the beach are very far, but this give a very indication how far we this image can see.
Very well done, thanks for sharing.
Best regards,
John.

Hi Klaudio.
A very special photo !
I can only agree that the curves of the water, the clouds and the coastline are so harmonious . The landscape is so wide, the colours and the textures are so natural
The father and his two children add dimension to the scenery. The lighting and reflections are great !
Your note gave my imagination free rein :
I am sure the children will always remember the days when their father took them out fishing, and I strongly feel they will grow up with a special feeling inside created also by this landscape and atmosphere !
Have a nice weekend !
KIndest regards
Dorte.
