Photographer’s Note
This is a typical piece of marshland on the Creek near where I live. Obviously, the tide is out and there is a lovely bit of mud full of channels and ripples reflecting the waters mood at the last high tide.
The subject is the mud.

Nice warm tones in the mud and grasses. Somehow I think this type of shot would have benefitted from some evening or morning light that woul enhance the brown tones and possibly highlight the ripples and cannels.
