This was one of those photos I really wanted in my kitchen! It was taken in Riomaggiore, one of the villages in Cinque Terre, which is only accessible by boat and the occasional train, so most of the produce was probably grown locally. While we were in Italy my mom had a fresh peach pretty much every day, so this also makes me think of her!
For the repost, I tried to sharpen the image quite a bit and also adjusted the contrast and lighting. I also cropped it quite a bit to focus on the fruit in particular and all the colors rather than leave in background elements, which were distracting. |
