Photographer’s Note
Another photo from Stockholms Skansen Museum in the island of Djurgarden.
The shown building dates from the end of the 17th century. With its characteristic mansard roof, and its colour scheme it is highly typical of the houses favoured by the aristocracy at that time.
Rather than moving to the country, rich citizens established “country” estates on the outskirts of the city, occupying them in the summer months. They grew garden produce as well as cultivating decorative gardens.

very interesting POV. I like a lot the sharpness of the photo and the reflections on the windows. Maybe you should have cropped the bottom part of the photo to remove the darkened bottom right corner.
