Exceptional light, great timing, but why does it have to be so bright? I tried a workshop if you don't mind.

Wonderful capture of winter light, exposure is perfect. A postcard image really, just as I imagine Canada! The only suggestion could be that if the path was not co centered but a little bit diagonal to add a little more interest to the image. It is lovely anyway and you note is very good also.

Well done. I like this slight over exposure as it gives a different feel to this scene. The WS is perhaps more technically correct but this is different. Intentional I hope??

Nice work Bruno, a postcard quality scene. I like the neon blue from the sky against the white, adding more life to the scene. I will also consider taking a shot of these where the path is a bit off centered to enhance the composition.

Hi Bruno,

This is an image that brings me wonderful memories of my youth growing up in Michigan. (We have a Charlevoix in Michigan as well.) This is exactly what it would look like when my father and I would trek out to cut firewood from the fallen pine and oak cuts (forestry land management). What I really enjoy in places like this is the unbelievable silence.

OK, enough reminiscing. The side-lit trees and that hint of blue are my favorite parts to this. There are a few tiny spots where the snow over-exposed on you but it doesn't diminish the image in the least for me.

c'est tout simplement magnifique!Je crois que ce qui réhausse la beauté de ce paysage déjà splendide,ce sont les longues ombres sur la neige,la petite trouée bleue entre les nuages qui apporte une magnifique touche de couleur,et les sapins qui se détachent ,presque fluorescents, sur le ciel sombre!Une merveille!

J'adore ces paysage fraichement enneigés, vierge. Il y a une magnifique lumière qui s'oppose bien au ciel chargé de nuages. La trace est une invitation à s'évader dans ce paysage. Salutations amicales. Samuel
