Well, you really captured a character here, with a lovely expression. Perhaps one should darken the bright areas behind the man somewhat as they distract. Otherwise, good job Isaac.

Odd and kind looking guy this. Reminds me of a few elderly people i meet in Vietnam - thay all have a certain charm hanging over them. Nice portrait.
