Went to Washington D.C. to watch the Cherry Blossoms Bloom. On March 27, 1912 Mayor Yukio Ozaki from Tokyo gave Japanese Cherry Trees to the city of Washington D.C. as a gift, also to strengthen the relationship between Japan and the United States.
